Fetch - Refusal of medical documents sent claimed denied
Paid the quarterly cost for fetch. Sent in documents for treatment received within two years. Emails confirm documents received. Submitted a claim. Refused for not getting the documentation which has been sent.Unhappy with Fetch.
Fetch - Thieving trash losers.
Thieving trash losers.
Absolute scumbags. They raise your rates without telling you, and don't cover anything that they say they do. It's a nightmare to try and cancel, and they still figure out a way to milk extra money out of you when you try to cancel. They are the worst. The support staff are awful. Just a terrible company.
Fetch - Everything is pre-existing to this company!
I’d used Petplan prior to Fetch buy-out/merger. My golden doodle needed a couple of teeth removed. Claim was paid. I continued getting my dog’s teeth cleaned but her teeth are just a problem. At one point years ago, the vet mentioned that she had signs of gingivitis. BECAUSE of that, she is now and forever considered to have pre-existing dental disease (even though in 2021 prior to that), she underwent dental surgery that was reimbursed by Petplan.. It’s as though they combed through every vet note they could find to make sure she can never be covered for dental surgery again. Their monthly coverage continues to increase without alerting the customer. This is so frustrating. Please don’t mention one word about a tremor or twitch. If they goes into the vet’s notes, your pet will forever have pre-existing everything.
Fetch - Confusing website and overpriced insurance
Save yourself the trouble and don't sign up for this. This was pushed on us at the SPCA. They convinced us it would be a good idea for a new pet. Our premium is around $24 but we were charged $39 and I'm not sure why. The website offers no information on the details of the payment. It also offers no information about how to cancel your coverage. The "AI" help might as well be help files because you can't ask a question, you just follow canned prompts which do not cover everything. They state that our yearly expense is around $214. Not sure what kind of math they are doing, but $24 x 12 is $288. Add the fact that the deductible is $400 and it only pays 80% after that, and the chances that this will save us money are slim at best. I don't know that all pet insurance is a waste of money but this one certainly is
Fetch - BEWARE Fetch Insurance
BEWARE: Fetch Pet Insurance!!
1. Take forever to review a claim
2. Very hard to get accurate answers from customer service
3. Find every excuse not to pay
4. Take forever the small % they do finally pay
5. Fetch = not worth it, shop around
( Fetch premiums increase frequently)
Fetch - Would give 0 stars if I could
Would give 0 stars if I could. Said they would ‘investigate’ pre existing conditions against the insurance - no problem with that it’s normal procedure. They emailed me multiple times with the same questions and I sent the same response back. They then sent me a long list of things my dog can’t be covered for but he has never ever been treated for these and the dates of the supposed vet visits for the ‘pre existing conditions’ were before my dog was even born LOL. Don’t bother.
Fetch - I would put zero star if I could
I would put zero star if I could. I submit a claim a year ago in august , and still did not get a check . did not get any value for my yearly insurance will cancel for next year
Fetch - Do not trust their reviews.
Do not trust their reviews.
Fetch - Not very happy
I applied, sent my dogs records, paid and I got an email weeks later with different coverage. I based the vet care based on the information I originally orgered.
