I think that all the preventative costs should count for at least some of the deductible. The dogs could be sick from not doing those things and you cover sickness right? I thought that after the deductible was filled, you paid 80%. I received about 171.00. That isn’t 80% of the remaining 289.00. Can you explain please?

After several claims: is clear that preventive care reimbursements are not realitybase. Treatment claims (at least once) declined erroneously.

First off, I would like to say I loved how quickly I was responded to! I gave only 3 stars because I sent in two different claims and was told they were one in the same. They were different. One was from last year and one was from this year. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars if I had been told that I couldn't submit a claim from the previous year.

This company sits at what is wrong with insurance these days--I had to create a second account for another animal per their rules and when confusion arose concerning billing and cancellation, they refused to reinstate my account even though the cancellation was unintentional and involved a compromised credit card. The agent agreed to reinstate my account after getting "approval" then the next day they canceled that "approval". They raised rates every year.

We've had Pumpkin for over a year and they have only paid a couple claims. They don't even pay for spay/neutering.

Fetch denied medical coverage due to lack of documentation requirement that is found on one sentence of a 36-page claim document. Even though my pet had no pre-existing medical conditions - Fetch denied the claim and was delinquent in providing updates about their review process claiming several 'truths' such as claim documentation takes up to a week to upload and it takes several days to review, etc.
