Too pricey for such little coverage. Even with multiple policies. For what you pay in premium, might as well pay for vet services & etc at cost

I don't like surprises and got one. That said, the person I was working with was a bit curt but then again it may have been me due to the surprise. Just seems like anything an insurer can deny they do so with glee.

So far not a single claim I have filed has been reimbursed.. not ONE!!

I spoke to 2 separate people about a quote, I spent about an hour each time providing my information,, 2 weeks went by and heard nothing,, so I called back and spoke to a 2nd person, giving the benefit of the doubt.. again heard nothing.. If I don't qualify for X reason,, at least have the decency to call back and let me know..!!

Not one claim was paid

Healthy paws raises premium every time they get the chance. My autopay failed so they canceled my account after 8 years of being a customer. Claimed they sent certified mailed to be signed for but it was sent to a different address so not sure how I signed for it. Use a better company like pets best!

When I submitted X-rays for my dog they would not cover it even though I supplied all the paperwork and had the vet as well. Very disappointing and I have not a new insurance yet but this reminded me to do so

Communication was good and payment was quick.

This new site was great very easy to work with and I received a response on a claim within 5 days.
