Luna was diagnosed with a yeast infection in her ear.

Luckily my pet has not been ill often enough to meet the deductible so I haven't really used the insurance

File 3 claims and got not reimbursement on any of them. 2 were of them were due to an illness

Every year our insurance goes up by almost $20 a month. Our dog just turned 5 and it’s almost $90 a month. Can’t imagine how much we’ll be paying when she’s *actually* old. And of course, I can’t shop around because now she has pre-existing conditions, like allergies.

annual premium increased 38% ($135) after one year with zero claims for three year old healthy pet. no explanation provided. when i called to review the increase with agent, she could not provide anything specific, just pointed to the fact that "CA rates may be higher than other states...."

My Claim was closed due to a request for records not being provided - but the actual vet records don't exist because no visits were made during the required period that Figo requested. I submitted an inquiry via email and got the automatic "we're working on it for you" email...and then nothing until this review request came into my mailbox.

you were supposed to get back to me . I called twice with no response I am cancelling

I can’t get a copy of my policy. Absolutely ridiculous and I’ll shop for another insurer.
