No proper customer service.

I can’t be insured due to 16 points on the CLUE report. Not your fault, but I still need insurance and can’t get it.

I sincerely appreciate the value and savings we experienced. The process left something to be desired.

inadequate coverage for mortgage, started two policies, tried to cancel them over a month ago and still getting bills. total joke, mcgriff, its covered, is not doing travelers any justice. if you want travelers go straight to them, mcgriff is taking stupid pills

I was told i could not get insureance utill the 28th of the month yet they took the money out of my account yesterday ???? Explain why i am paying for Now but cant get coverage for almost 10 days ...

Really really disapprove of mortgage companies selling homeowners insurance or endorsing any insurance carrier! Banks need to do banking and let insurance folks sell insurance. Even when directed to website such as this, not a personal experience and can just never be sure you are getting all the coverage or the right coverage you need!

I spoke to 2 separate people about a quote, I spent about an hour each time providing my information,, 2 weeks went by and heard nothing,, so I called back and spoke to a 2nd person, giving the benefit of the doubt.. again heard nothing.. If I don't qualify for X reason,, at least have the decency to call back and let me know..!!

I was directed to Covered through a moving concierge program. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with the first agent, while he checked for both auto and home insurance for our move from FL to GA. He quoted me a great price on both policies using Progressive, and then said he'd be back in touch on 3/12/24 to firm things up. He never called back. I called them and got a different agent, who put all the items together that the first agent had, and then asked for our home inspection report. He sent that to Progressive and they rejected us for home insurance. That report was for us to negotiate a better deal on this house. It's an old house and has had a couple of leaks that were repaired at the time and never a problem again. I called Traveler's immediately and got great policies on both home and auto - no inspection report requested. I spent well over 4 hours with agents from Covered and got only more worry and dread.

Happy with my coverage/quote. Though, incorrect physical/mailing address took additional days, emails, and a call to correct.
