Very bad use experience. The system cannot categorize my document, it cannot identify which claim use what invoice Or soap. Which requires me to upload again and again. Decision making is long and slow.

Every time I put in a claim and send invoices, I get an email weeks later that they need more information. I have given you EVERYTHING that was asked for. I called and talked to someone after I resubmitted everything for the second time, and days later I get another email that I need to send in more information. Your company acts like your clients are trying to rob you. It was a wellness visit with immunizations- standard stuff and I sent everything, and they are still saying they need more. It seems that this is standard policy to hold off on paying people.

I like that MetLife has a Wellness benefit and shared deductible. I don't like that claims are processed too slowly in the pipeline often with me having to call or email to check the status.

You people continually screw up the claims I submit. I have yet to submit a claim that doesn’t require me contacting you to get the claim properly processed. I’m still waiting on a claim from January where you have yet to pay for the valley fever test for my dog Charlie. In my most recent claim you only processed part of the claim. I submitted 5 allergy prescriptions and you only processed 3. What is wrong with you people.

Takes forever to process your claim. Routine and reoccurring prescriptions are a headache to get processed if you have them filled through chewy (or any other pharmaceutical companies other than your vet) as there are no notes or invoices from your vet.
