I’m totally shocked whenever I file a claim. SPOT covers more than what I would have ever imagined. I’m impressed with their service and their quality! In my opinion, Spot is great coverage for any pet!

Very fast process and was surprisingly easy to submit the claim and monitor it on the app. I set up direct deposit so I was able to get reimbursed very easily, although I would say setting it up was sort of buried in the app so I would suggest they make that easier to find since I stumbled across it.

Thank goodness for pet insurance or we would have had to pay $500 for an infection!

Hi, My one year old cat had to go to the vet this week for a limp. I processed his paperwork and submitted a claim toward his deductible and Spot denied it. Looks like he needs surgery and it’s going to be costly- I’m worried they will deny this too. Am I able to switch insurance companies now if I’m having issues with spot? Or would a new company just not cover this at all? This is my first pet with insurance and I’m frustrated.
