Embrace Pet Insurance - Unsatisfied again
So far, every claim we have submitted has been denied. Claims have even been deleted for no reason. Very unhappy with the service. I only gave it two stars because they respond quickly, just never with what you want to hear. It seems like nothing is ever covered.

Completely unhelpful customer service and did not solve my concern at all. I called and emailed asking why 10% was not applied for adding a second dog and all they said was that the discount was applied. I asked for an invoice detailing that discount being applied and they did not know what to do and kept saying that the discount was applied. A total scam.

Lemonade - Insane Increases
When I first got insurance for my pet I got a good deal, good price good coverage but the moment my year was up. Bam $50 increase every year. No warning, by email or mail. This is ridiculous. I will differently be looking for another insurance after my pet finishes his treatment because 150monthly is crazy! for the amount of time I take him to the vet is way too much.

Embrace Pet Insurance - They find every reason not to pay...
I have 2 pets covered by Embrace Health Insurance and it seems like no matter what the issue is, they find a reason not to pay. I never had problems like this with my previous pet insurance company. For example, my dog injured her knee from wear and tear over time because she's extremely active and when she developed a limp, I took her into the vet. Embrace refused to pay claiming it is a skeletal disorder, which is not covered during the 6-month waiting period. When I pointed out this an injury, not a widespread disorder, I was told I need to specify a specific incident/accident that caused the injury if I expected them to pay. It has been a rinse repeat for virtually every claim I turn in for both dogs. I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you want to get your money's worth.
