I unwisely booked a 4 day festival ticket that I don’t think I can attend. I have a pre existing condition and at the time, I didn’t consider how my impaired my mental and physical stamina is. I’m trying to file my claim but I’m worried because pre existing conditions are excluded. I’m seeing a psychiatrist and therapist about OCD however (which factors into why I can’t go all four days). Will Allianz accept this reason and documentation for it?
