Bivvy - The website needs some work
The website needs some work. I tried to add an animal, and it accepted my entries. Then, after I was completely finished, including payment, I only had one pet policy. I had to go back and do it all over again for the second pet. There was also some problem with payment not being accepted. I got no error messages, but could not submit my entry. I had to redo the entire application to get that through. I was working on my tablet. When I redid it on my desktop computer, it worked.

signing up for auto pay then verifying $ in acct then missing payment because although you signed up for auto pay it didn't kick in is a ridicilous process

My sign up date was wrong. Hope the rest of my service with you is better. My claim was dated April 17 and you said I joined April 18. My email says welcome on April 17.

Bivvy - Unhappy.
We joined Bivvy about a month ago for our 10 year old dog, and over two weeks after we joined (at this point we were able to go to the vet if needed) and had to bring my dog to the vet. Bivvy refused to accept this claim ($300+) and said it was a preexisting condition when it was not. We cancelled and are unhappy and I am sad that my dog is no longer insured, however this was hard to deal with.
