Was miss led about what's cover I also got Wellness program then was told won't cover neutering.

I submitted a claim to Bivvy for a skin infection my dog had and it was denied. The allergy that my dog had is a precious condition. The infection , the reason for the visit to the vet, was NOT a preexisting condition and that part of the visit should have been covered. I am not sure if I will stay with this company. Not a great experience so far.

Signing up multiple dogs doest work well on the site. I ended up with 3 policies for the same dog. Now I'm wondering what I was charged.

Experience was ok. Not as easy as I expected. Never received any type of account number or exact effective date as to when i can actually use this insurance or even how to file a claim. I expected all of this info to be given to me ad soon as i signed up for this insurance for my pet.

having to mail my vet bill because I don't have a scanner seems a little unfair. There should another way besides mail or scan for Bivvy to receive my vet bill.
