I tried to sign up several times thru Facebook ad but could not complete. Went to website and completed process in minutes. I have not received a card or any paperwork showing that I have insurance when I go to vet. Please send something to verify I have this insurance.

It ok system I need to read little more carefully. But your insurance policy is worth the extra time.

This was not very easy using your service. It really didn't go into detail about what I can expect from your service and I'm starting to have second thoughts. I haven't even received a policy number. All I have is a booklet and a survey from you asking how it was? I feel like I should have given 1 star but I did like your prices but I would have been willing to spend more if it gave me a little more peice of mind???

Won't do me any good if I have to wait 30 days.
