Bivvy - Make it easier to find the waiting period
There needs to be an easier way to see what your waiting period is. Unfortunately for me my poor pup had more problems than I expected and I got pet insurance to help with that but was not aware of the waiting period.

I tried all yesterday afternoon to register and I found nothing but difficulty with the site. I spoke with customer service twice and they were looking into it. I decided to just try again today and I had no problem. My registration went smoothly. Had I not had an issue yesterday, I would have given 5 stars.

It needs to have more reviews on the process of filing a claim and how long it takes, and someone to explain if they cover the expense or is it you get reimbursed. Also, do you actually see the money back. It sounds like it is difficult to get a hold of someone if you need help. This may be too good to be true.

Right now I’m super dissatisfied with Bivvy. My dog has become very ill and I turned in claims 7 days ago and they are still not paid. Good luck calling, they never answer the phone and if they get back to you they are not helpful. Bivvy said that Cunamutual pays the claims and they don’t know when my claim will be paid and Bivvy never offered to help me. This has been hard for me and my family, emotionally and financially.
