Yes they do cover what they say in your policy but beware! God forbid you make a claim. We had both our dogs covered by these crooks for years until we had to make a claim and then the policy monthly payment jumped by over 50% for the one dog and was ridiculous for the other dog after a claim the monthly jumped to over $250 but only after the claim. Of course they tell you it's because of a whole lot of factors but it sure seems like a really high coincidence that both times we finally made a claim the rates jumped up to the point where after another year that claim they would have their money paid back. Every year the claim would go up, but after a claim it was crazy. Our one dog started at $43 per month, then the next year went to $56, then to $74, then to $105, all with zero claims. Once we had a claim the next policy was going to be $163!!! Stay away!!!! The same thing happened with both dogs after a claim. Kept raising the premium every year and did absolutely nothing. Once they had to cover something it jumped like crazy.

claim related to Wellness check up after adopting pet rejected without any reason and stating insurance policy expired where as i just purchased the policy. i have wellness add on with the policy.

I signed up for the wellness plan. First year claim smooth and uncomplicated. First vet to indicate she had a loose knee so Fetch upped our premium the following update. This wellness check at vet no mention of knee problem. The vet's office puts the exam in with two of the vaccinations for a total of $149. Fetch did not pay the exam fee. I contacted them, the vet's office contacted them and still no reimbursement for the exam. My next renewal would have gone up by another $12/month. I paid $144 over the year to get $50 back on visit. I have since cancelled the wellness plan and will not be adding it back.

Possibly the worst company I've dealt with. I had 2 accounts with them under 2 different emails (one was under another person's name). We reached out together to join them under my email and a credit card. Here is how that went: Each email response was sent from a different person who had no idea what the request was. They kept calling me different names. They made a mistake changing the email and set it to @nomail instead of @gmail, then claimed that this is what I asked for. After that they finally changed it to the correct email, but that somehow removed me from accessing ANY of the 2 accounts I had. I tried waiting for a while to see if the issue gets fixed - nothing happened. So I tried cancelling. Here is how that went: I replied in the same thread asking to cancel. I got another person, who told me that the reason why I can't access my accounts is because of me - I asked for an email change and not account transfer (but I have a thread where I explicitly asked for the account transfer right in front of me). They also said that I need to call them to cancel. So I called. Here is how that went: I was put on a hold for a while, then I finally got to speak to a real person. She confirmed that she can see all of the pets under my email and the credit card, but said that I am not authorized to cancel this and there is nothing she can do about it other than transfer me back to the support department that asked me to call. Ultimately, I was charged for years of service that I never received, and the company repeatedly attempted to gaslight me by shifting the blame for their errors onto me. The only positive note is that the person on the phone was at least friendly about not helping me. Update: after posting this review, fetch called me and offered to terminate the accounts. I agreed to it, but I am still getting messages about missed payments, so not sure if anything really changed…

I was surprised and dismayed to find out Fetch won't cover orthopedic conditions until 180 days after the inception date. I thought the waiting period was 15 days and didn't know there were different waiting periods for different conditions. I found out today that another well-known pet insurance company only has a 30 day waiting period for orthopedic conditions. I am writing this review so other pet parents know what to look at when considering pet insurance.

If you are in Canada DO NOT BUY THIS INSURANCE! My Bill is never the same, they charge in U.S. dollars and convert to Canadian so that "rate" you are quoted is BS. Also, (at least from Canada) I could not see a breakdown of my Bill, I just had to "trust" that everything was okay. Some months my Bill would be $90, others it would be $120. I also was Never given a copy of my agreement. Don't do it!

I’ve been with this company for over 4 years, paying premiums faithfully every month to ensure my dog was covered in case of health issues. Like many pet owners, I got insurance to help during emergencies—not to be punished for actually using it. Over the years, my dog developed health conditions (which is exactly why we get insurance), and I submitted claims when needed. Now, I’m being hit with a massive premium increase—from $83 to over $128 a month—because I used the insurance I paid for. Disgusting. What makes it worse is that no other provider will take on my dog now due to pre-existing conditions, so I’m stuck with this company that clearly doesn’t care about animals or loyal customers. It’s a trap, and it feels like a scam. I now have to consider a second job just to afford this nonsense. This company claims to care about pets, but in my experience, they only care about profit. Please do your research and think twice before signing up. Once you're in, they know you have no way out—and they take full advantage of that.

Would give them zero stars if I could. What a scam and a waste of money. Coverage is horrible, the app glitches , and they don’t cover anything. It is almost impossible to speak with a real person. All chat bots and it’s not helpful. Do not recommend!!!
