I am getting a crappy rate on my so-called HSBC "loyalty" ISA and want to move it to 212. When I go through the steps in the app, it connects to my bank account and opens my HSBC accounts, but my loyalty ISA is not there as an option to transfer from. All my other accounts are showing? Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong here?
