I can never get in touch with the company. I’ve called several times, sent emails, and requested call backs, FOR MONTHS. Still can’t reach anyone. Idk if there are no cover customer service reps anymore or something but this is very frustrating due to the fact that I have some important business to handle. Here’s one even better. I can’t get in touch with them to cancel this service either. Ridiculous and I am highly disappointed by Cover insurance. Proceed with caution.

While the insurance may be with a reasonably stable company, tracking down who actually has the policy was quite interesting. No less than three companies were involved in the transaction (there may be more). I just hope I don't have a claim. I can see where it would be a nightmare trying to collect on a claim working through the maze of corporate entanglement for a simple damage claim.

We got very good premium for Auto, Home, and umbrella insurance policies and happy about that. But process was the worst experience. My name was spelled incorrectly, expired date was wrong, my email address was not updated. I will not recommend to go through with Covered Insurance.
