They didn't cancel my insurance when I called to cancel. When I called back after being charged another month's premium ($478) by my provider due to their mistake. They refused to do anything to help. I've been forced to deal with this through credit card dispute.

They are thieves they took £1050 out of my account with out me knowing

Paid fee and never got insurance card or any info, that was 3 months ago

I've called Covered Insurance with a question, and they told me they would have the agent call me back. Since that call, I have called the agent twice and have not received a return phone call. This non-responsiveness is very frustrating and not good business.

Had them and am currently being sued because of there 3rd party adjustor, out of San Antonio, Texas, The Littleton Group a Davies Company

I as asked to sign some documents in the app, but the app does accept or find my account number, I haven't been able to do so, I'm waiting to be contacted by the I charged person to solve the situation.

I can never get in touch with the company. I’ve called several times, sent emails, and requested call backs, FOR MONTHS. Still can’t reach anyone. Idk if there are no cover customer service reps anymore or something but this is very frustrating due to the fact that I have some important business to handle. Here’s one even better. I can’t get in touch with them to cancel this service either. Ridiculous and I am highly disappointed by Cover insurance. Proceed with caution.

While the insurance may be with a reasonably stable company, tracking down who actually has the policy was quite interesting. No less than three companies were involved in the transaction (there may be more). I just hope I don't have a claim. I can see where it would be a nightmare trying to collect on a claim working through the maze of corporate entanglement for a simple damage claim.

We got very good premium for Auto, Home, and umbrella insurance policies and happy about that. But process was the worst experience. My name was spelled incorrectly, expired date was wrong, my email address was not updated. I will not recommend to go through with Covered Insurance.
