I bought a brand new 2025 Kia K5 a few weeks ago. I financed it through Kia Finance. I temporarily unfroze my credit to do so. It has been a few weeks now, and I have received two letters (one from Wells Fargo, the other I forget) stating that my request for a loan was denied because my credit is frozen. I think Kia Finance is trying to sell my loan and they cannot. What should I do? Is this going to cause a problem?
