Can rate till I receive paperwork and look at it and use it. I can fairly rate it just purchasing on line

Nothing has happened. I just got my policy today so I haven't had a chance to use the insurance to give it a honest review.

You sent me three notices that my credit card was declined, when it was not. You cancelled my plan when I have a receipt.

I wanted to sign up online, but was unable to complete the process online and had to call.

Just a terrible experience all around. First they had issues on their payment processing side saying my card submitted for payment wasn't working or some such nonsense when I had used that very card before that transaction and afterward and I never received a notification that a payer was trying to submit with it (as is typical). So their issue. And seperately when I asked their text rep a question about coverage for a stomach tacking, if that's covered she basically didn't know and gave me a 'maybe'. Horrific. You know the saying, you never get another chance to make a first impression. Just horrible.

Well other than buying the service, I dont know

I still don’t have log in or email confirmation that the policy was created. If this is the way the insurance works, I don’t want it

I am really a 3.5 review. I had several questions not answered in the materials available to me. Even after calling I still was hesitant about what was covered. However, I was running out of time because the vet visit and the 24-hour window was closing. Everything turned out ok although I haven't yet received my reimbursement.

This company is a scam. They will take your money and find a loop hole on how to not assist you with your clams. Don’t waist your time with them
