The deductible is confusing/misleading. They essentially pretend to "cover" 80% of claims pre meeting the deductible. This "coverage" essentially means they only credit you with spending 80% of what you've actually spent toward your deductible. For instance, I had $596 in claims. But only $476 actually went toward the deductible under the guise that they were "covering" 80% of the claim. So a $500 deductible ends up being closer to a $625 deductible in reality. This feels misleading/nonsensical.

The coverage has got to expensive for no more than I have to pay

They always make something up if you try to claim, bunch of frauds

Plan seems affordable but as soon as you start a claim, they ask for ridiculous information to get away from paying

They seem affordable until you file for a claim, they try their best to get out of it

My claim was rejected because my dog was healthy enough to not have been to a vet in over 18 months, I still provided the information that was asked but no reimbursement

There’s nothing to like or dislike right now, just purchased the insurance, didn’t use yet.

I went ahead and got another pet insurance because I can’t even log on to mine here! I am paying for nothing ! Need help canceling. Can’t get into my log in but get charged every month

The previous one with out warning was applied to my deductible,they need to let you know àhead of time.
