ManyPets - WASTE OF MONEY
Just cancelled the insurance. Unless you have a ton of money to pay for a procedure amd/or you get the insurance when your puppy is born, it is a waste of money. They will always find preexisting conditions even if the injury is an accident and unless you can pay for the treatment upfront, which most people cannot afford to do, then it’s doesn’t matter that they “might” reimburse you.
ManyPets - My premium increased 89%
My premium increased 89%, from $66.to $124. per month for my 4 cats. Just can't afford that kind of money
ManyPets - Pre-existing BS
I insured my 6-month-old puppy after a worry that she was allergic to her food - it turns out she wasn't. Now she is 2.5 years old (I've been paying $100+/month during this time) and has skin rashes that the vet can't clear up despite multiple different treatments. ALL of which are declined as a pre-existing condition. I hate this company so much - they act like they care and weasel out of any payment they can no matter how flimsy the excuse. Avoid at all costs, it is just throwing your money away.
ManyPets - Forced change in reimbursement level…
Forced change in reimbursement level from 100% to 80% while simultaneously raising premiums.
ManyPets - Documentation not reasonable
When your website is working I like how easy it is to enter a claim.Fixing a problem that was partially created by my vets billing system and therefore misunderstood by the claims person has been extremely difficult and time consuming on both ends. I had a conversation with a very nice rep and how to fix it. It still took multiple finding of receipts for heartworm meds (not covered in my policy so did not keep them) including for winter months where one does not have to give the meds here in Maine (too cold for ticks and mosquitoes). A script from my vet I had hoped would have fixed this but no.
ManyPets - If I could give less stars I would!
If I could give less stars I would! I'm disgusted with the way customer service handles these cases. They also try to remove every possible coverage so you don't actually get reimbursement for the procedures.
ManyPets - Hi i just want to express my…
Hi i just want to express my frustration of the experience that i got through the last couple of years of having this health insurance for my dog 🐶 . I decided to cancel my plan because i realized that the money that i was paying monthly “ insurance + wellness “it was like all together with $112 it was less in the beginning but they raised the price too, and then i realized it was more the money that i was paying for it that the money i was getting back from every claim from every vet visit, not everything covers FYi. Theres always stuff they dont cover right, then i reach out to the team support and requested to cancel my insurance, i was only able to cancel the insurance and not the wellness package, which its 32.95 a month and now because their regulations i still have to paid it until April 2025, i asked for a consideration because i wasnt happy and i think its not fair, they denied to me , i work in hospitality and service industry and sometimes you have to make some exceptions with your customers, thats not the way they operate. Unfortunately, and they make me to go here. Still very disappointed with this situation , just be careful and read all the disclosures and regulations that they have . I honestly don’t recommend
ManyPets - Terribly Difficult
If you submit an accident or illness claim, they make it terribly difficult to get it approved. They will request for all previous vet records, which is fair, but if they don't understand them in the slightest they will tell you that there are parts "missing" and they will be closing your claim. You'll then have to argue that things are not missing, and they'll simply reopen it.
ManyPets - Pricey After Your Dog ages a couple years
I've had this insurance for two almost three years. 1st renewal my monthly charge increased 40%. The next renewal my cost is increasing by 85% which is wild & totally unnecessary. Outside of a couple small things, I have used the insurance twice. The 2nd time more than likely a result of the 1st. My dog was attacked by a neighbor dog & needed emergency surgery for my 1st use of insurance, which is something completely out of my control. It was an unprovoked attack that happened while we were sitting on our front steps. She is a healthy dog & a freak dog attack is exactly why I have insurance in the 1st place. Another increase will price me out of being able to afford pet insurance. I am still not sure how I'm going to make the most recent 85% increase work. My girl is a breed that lives a long time & she isn't even half way through her lifespan. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

You have changed your policy & the price went up & coverage went down. You shouldn't drop coverage but grandfather those people in. I am now looking for new coverage.
