I just enrolled so I dont have much of an experience yet. My only drawback is you took my payment right away but coverage starts in 2 weeks. We'll see how that goes

This whole process is a total scam! Don't waste your money on any pet insurance. Just save towards an emergency fund.

Everything counts as pre-existing conditions, diarrhea,vomiting, you name it. To reject my claim, they even changed reasons.

They will do everything they can to not pay your claim. I am cancelling and going to another company.

Well all went well until password part. I thought I was supposed to choose. Every time I put one in, it kept saying invalid, how is it invalid if I am supposed to decide. Was using 8 things to enter. Was very stressful.
