This is the fourth time I called regarding the same issue. Hopefully it will be worked out.

Service is great - time to process a claim takes way too long

I signed up on June 20th and they told me my coverage did not start till July 1st. The date my puppy needed the vet was June 24th. They didn't cover over 600 dollars of bills for my puppy's deworming and tick medication. Bogus service run by a typical insurance company.

For the premium paid, I feel that esp for my older dog, the 2000 USD limit barely covers his ongoing medical expenses.

I called for help on an issue and was told I'd receive a call back the next day. That was a week ago and I'm still waiting.

It takes to long to get refunds. The price jump each year is way to much

MetLife with preventative care only covers like 1 or 2 vaccines for a brand new kitten when in reality, the kitten needs numerous vaccines and boosters. This is ridiculous.

I very mad with this insurance because when I broth they don’t told me I have to wait for 14 days and I ask abut this 14 days the person on the phone says I don’t have to wait because my pet is lees them one year so I went to the doctor for first time with my pet they do all check up blood work everything and they find my pet cat need to be neuter but he needs surgery on the abdomen now this insurance don’t pay me because they say was preexisting condition so I don’t recommend this insurance they just take money monthly and when they need to pay they says is preexisting condition 😡

Don't let the slick marketing fool you. My experience was bad. They are not helpful and they will deny your claim for the smallest of reasons. Do not use. Stay away.

A 250% increase in premiums without notification. In fact the total premium cost was increased to a level higher than the coverage amount.
