Frauds do not waste your money. Refuse to give me my money back for a useless scam. I was unable to connect on their app. I was unable to communicate or connect through the browser. Not one phone number works. The CEO MARC ATIYEH refuses to refund my money after many attempts to contact him by his personal and business emails. You can Goggle this company and it’s scam after scam reviews. Joe the news media outlets allow MARC ATIYEH on their platforms is despicable. To this day, Matt the chat boy or whoever he is refused to refund my money. I’ve asked him to discuss my situation with Marc Atiyeh the CEO. Still have not hand any response even after he’s told me “no” numerous times. When your pet gets sick it makes you very vulnerable. You typically feel a sense of relief knowing you have insurance to help protect that pet. The policy for what I understand is you have to do telehealth with a veterinarian because the app or browser would not work the telehealth system would not work. Benjamin was the chat bot that day he referred to the policies and procedures that were unobtainable. I continued to explain to Benjamin I was unable to read they poocdure. I have copies my conversation of our the discussions I’ve had with Benjamin and Matt. At this point my father, who is an attorney is filing a lawsuit and a class action for anyone else who this was done too. You are free to look up my name if you’d like to be included in the class action. I got a free trial through T-mobile. Once I saw it was not a regular company that would cover my vet but just a call in vet I cancelled by email the same day. I never filled out the info on my pets. or anything else. HOWEVER, the company says they never got the cancellation. So now they are charging me $99. I have tried to dispute the charge through my credit card, but PAWP will not cancel. They say they sent me an email a month before they billed me. However my only email account google, never received it. Not in spam, trash, inbox, or deleted. This company is a scam DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF

If I could give a zero I would. This company is a total scam and needs to be shutdown for unethical business practices. Stay far far away from Pawp. They refuse to issue refunds and provide horrible customer service. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they still refuse to issue a refund. They have a company policy against giving refunds. I canceled my membership, you should issue a refund. Your customer service advised me to call my bank and dispute the charge since Pawp does not give refunds. I did that and you still refused to allow my bank to give me the refund. Pawp is a horrible company. Everyone should stay away from this company!!! To everyone, who is also dissatisfied from this service and enrolled through T-Mobile, I suggest you also file a report with T-Mobile. This way T-Mobile will have no choice but to end their partnership with Pawp.

I guess I accidentally signed up through T-Mobile. Never used the service and was charged $99 for absolutely nothing. They will not refund or help in any way. I was emailing with Benjamin who was not helpful. This is a scam, I would stay clear. I also never write bad reviews unless i feel that it will help the next person, and this is for sure one of those cases. Such poor business and customer care!

I had PAWP insurance for nearly three years before I recently had to take my dog for an emergency veterinarian visit in which my dog was diagnosed with diabetes.

Dog was cut by a piece of tin; video conference with 'licensed vet tech' who approved emergency care. Submitted a request for emergency funds along with the receipt that the vet had provided to me. PAWP refuse documentation and requested full medical history with itemized/detailed vet notes surrounding procedure with a "7-day grace period" and if you are unable to acquire these docs from your vet and submit them 'your screwed". Vet didn't respond and I had to be in NYC for treatment of prostate cancer at Memorial Sloan Kettering.

I am sitting on $1700 vet bill because Pawp denied refund, Their reasoning: I did not bring my 13 year-old beagle to see the vet soon enough. My dog was throwing up couple of times, starting around 10 days before he died. After 10 days we thought that has to be something serious and brought him to the vet. They found a mass obstructing the intestines… Likely cancer. Not sure it would help to bring him to the vet 10 days earlier, given the symptoms.

This company has changed.
