I don’t remember the representative’s name. He did tell me in the the beginning of the phone call. I was a little upset about my bill. He kept his composure. He was very patient. He listened to the last call about my bill and confirm that it was not paid. He also informed me that once my bill is paid that the rental office will get their confirmation that it was paid. He also informed me that once my bill is paid. To confirm with the representative that I will get a confirmation letter sent to my rental office. I would definitely recommend Home body rentals insurance to my friends and family. Thank you services.

On Hold forever and they couldn’t even help me. The apartment complex is blaming them and homebody is blaming the apartment complex. Miserable experience with a miserable company. Avoid at all costs

One star is too much for this company. They have been double charging me for over a year! You call and it takes forever to talk with someone. Then they have no one that can help. Its what they say period. I will be filing a report with my bank! BIG SCAMMERS
Resident Insure - Don’t use Homebody
I had a very unsatisfactory experience with Homebody. My policy was supposed to be cancelled as my lease had ended and I already moved out. They continued billing me so I called again to cancel service and their customer service representatives were extremely rude and unhelpful. They said they would refund the premium forward, but would not backdate it to my move out nor repay the “convenience fee” they were also charging. Very unprofessional behavior and I would not recommend anyone use them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Their customer service is terrible. The agents who answer the phone are disrespectful and lack empathy and competence. Once your policy ends, be sure to cancel otherwise they will automatically renew it and TAKE IT OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT without authorizing it. You will of course be blamed for this. The agents are dismissive and will hang up in your face. Super unprofessional and unreliable company. Use others for homeowner's insurance!!!
