SCAMMER ALERT!!!! SPOT PET INSURANCE IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE! Purchased a wellness and accident policy. SPOT denied the wellness claim. Anaplasmosis was found during the Wellness. SPOT REFUSES TO COVER THE ILLNESS BECAUSE IT WAS FOUND IN THE WELLNESS CHECK, SAYING IT WAS PRE-EXISTING. SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE SPOT PET INSURANCE!!!!!! To Spot: Don't bother with the canned answer that means NOTHING! You screwed me!

One of the worst experiences…. We had them for over 2 years. Every time we tried to put anything in we could never get someone to talk with. Paid $60 per month. Nothing big with surgeries or anything but not once did the cover anything. No problem we got burned. Then we canceled n you would think they would stop charging. Nope!!!! They stop n then started hitting our card again like trash they are n probably do this to lots of people that don’t pay attention to credit cards. This is the 3rd time. Stop ripping people off… you are such a scam n I will make sure everyone knows!!! You are a scam to take advantage of our pets/family members. Typical insurance company. Trash.. stay away!!!!

It's a shame I can only get one annual checkup reimbursement for my adopted dog. I'm still paying some for that checkup. But, I even on social security, will take Topie in twice a year to see the vet. I will just have to pay the entire bill for second checkup for him.

Get a little frustrated we have to keep sending records they have from years ago over and over. They HAVE THEM! Why do we have to keep giving you old information over and over and over again??????

They reviewed my case and properly reimbursement me, however, raised my rates.

HORRIBLE. I paid premiums' for almost two years and when my cat needed HELP they where no where to be found. I had the accident and injury policy. To make a long story short , my cat developed diabetes, My local pet hospital was pretty much useless too. When I submitted the bills, i was sent a denial and a EOB of bullshit. I submitted two claims back to back as my cat had developed a new problem unrelated to his diabetes,( Hole in Throat and having a pretty serious problem with his eye all in a week or two). My cay had to be put to SLEEP due to his developing condition. SO IF YOU DONT LIKE TO BE REIMBURSSED AND LIKE BEING LIED TO , This might be your place.

I pay around $60 a month, his bill for vaccines was $142 but was only reimbursed $50. Basically only 1 and a haf of the vaccines was paid for. I spend more money then they reimbursement.
