Hi all, I sold my business last year because it was not a profitable venture. The llc is closed and any remaining money was used to pay off equipment debts. The insurance company says I owe $10k in workers comp insurance for the previous year which they now have sent to a collections company. The business is closed and the llc is dissolved. Can they come after me personally for something like this?
