Hey, has anyone ever dealt with owner guard gap insurance. I have been calling them for 5 days and emailing them and no one answers. It seems to only be one person that is working that is in a total different department. They don’t even have a headquarters if anyone has been in contact with them please let me know. I’m just trying to get a hold of anyone because someone totaled my car and I’m left paying out of pocket. Thank you for your time.

Hi, our new 2024 Tesla Model Y LR was declared totaled by Tesla Insurance and they are valuing the car at $39,451, which we don't think is fair. We bought the car in mid-Aug 2024, had only put 1316 miles before we were involved in a crash on Dec 03, 2024. We were at fault party (there was no other party involved) , so we filed a claim with our Auto Insurance which is from Tesla Insurance. We are in Fairfax, VA, but the valuation report uses for reference a similar Tesla in Apopka, FL, \~ 1000 miles away !. Btw list price of the Apopka, FL was $ 40,900 and it had 3904 miles on it. Also they have listed the Vehicle Condition as Good/Well Maintained across different areas. We do not know the scale Audatex (3rd party company who provided the valuation report) uses but our car was impeccably maintained and its condition was 'Excellent'. Need advice on how to fight back. Last night I received a cancellation notice from progressive for “debris and hazards needing removal” and they said I needed a complete roof replacement. My roof is 13 years old but is in really good condition. No branches or leaves on it. No missing shingles. No hail damage or peeling. They didn’t even give me a chance to rectify the situation before sending me a refund check. The inspection report is bogus. The guy took the pics from the ground. I’m shopping around now but scared to get another denial by another inspector. I have high credit and pay everything on time. I have only ever had one claim and it was in 2024 and the adjuster said there was minor wind damage and we just needed to replace a few shingles which we did.

I bought a almost new used camry and i almost got into a huge wreck this last weekend, pretty much I was fishing and this drunk idiot sideswiped my friends car with his boat while pushing his empty trailer nearly off the cliff towards the river, thankfully the hitch stayed locked in we were able to drive it to safety minus scratches either way they exchanged information. Afterwards, we were talking about it. I still owe almost 30k for my brand new camry even if I didn't notice who the driver was Would there be any way that gap would cover my car if it were to have fallen or got heavly damaged due to the small cliff? Hi, I recently canceled my joint insurance policy that was under my brother and i's names. They sent a refund but the check is only in his name, I asked if they could send another check in my name because he's not available to cash it, and they said that his name was the only one on the pay account for the policy even though the policy was in both of our names, so state farm will not issue another check in just my name, or in both of our names. Is there any way for me to cash it? I'm the only one that paid the bill for insurance for 2-3 years using my card, in my name every month. And I think it's a little stupid they won't issue another refund to me specifically, when it's my money being refunded. Any help or advice at all would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

hello! i know my issue isn't major, but I need help as I am desperate to solve this. Long story short, I had medical for the longest time and never had any issues until January when I was informed (when trying to make a dentist appointment) that I had a UMR blockage. I was confused but was told to call medical and get it resolved. I called them and they said to get in touch with UMR whcihc I tried but was beyond useless as they ask for a member ID which I stated multiple time I DONT HAVE, and after somehow bypassing the answering machine UMR tells me they have no records of me ever existing and to basically die in a ditch as they just hunged up on me. I explained this to medical, and they made me fill out a form to remove "other healthcare coverage," and it should be removed (I did this twice, btw). It in fact was not as I tried to make a dentist appointment again and same thing: "UMR blockage. please take this up with medical". I called medical again, and they gave me a case ID and told me to ask UMR for a "coverage termination letter," which I tried to do, but again, they told me, "We don't know you we can't do anything" and hung up on me. I explained this to Medical, and they filled out a form (the same one I did), and it should be resolved, yet I don't know if it actually be. Also, worth to mention one of the workers I spoke to told me that the UMR policy I was under was my uncles, whom I have had no contact since like five years ago and have no connection with at this point, the alleged policy began in 2023 so I don't understand how this even happened:C when I tried to report the fraud to medical they said "you cant report it here, report it to UMR and then we could try to remove the block because until then we cannot remove an active policy by law" But UMR has been beyond useless and I'm scared because I have a cavity and I know its not serious but I am afraid it could get worse Im just trying to see if anyone was in my same situation (which is very unlikely) or if I could get any recommendations on what to do because I don't know how to proceed anymore and this just pmo. After paying $60 bucks a months for almost a year, SPOT has denied every single attempt at being reimbursed and rejected every appeal. The rejection to the appeal contained information that was absolutely not true like that the symptoms started in the 14 day waiting period, even though it was for an emergency surgery many months after we started the policy. When I asked what next steps were, since there was clearly incorrect information in the rejection, I was told there was nothing they could do. It's thousands of dollars, it's exactly what we pay insurance premiums for. It's the holidays and we are completely broke. We were counting on having this money reimbursed so that we could make rent this month. It's just pure cruelty and I don't understand how people like this sleep at night. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Hey everyone. Need some insight from anyone who can chime in! So I am with Allstate Insurance. I had a collision with my truck (driving slow, hit a patch of black ice and my truck goes right into a transformer box(those green boxes that you usually see somewhere in a residential area ) and my truck is totaled. It’s been 2 months since I’ve filed the claim and I’ve basically heard nothing since. I have been calling 3-4 times a week, leaving 2-3 emails a week. Basically nothing. Just curious what should I do since it seems like claims never should take this long?

Country financial, which is owned by Farmers I believe, did a risk analysis is dropping 45% of their older homes Are there any companies out there that are easier to cover older rental properties with older rust but still in good condition?
