My claims are not being processed in a timely manner. A couple have been overlooked and when I follow up on the status I am unable to get an answer.

I have been working with you guys to get a claim paid for over a month now. Everytime you requested additional information, I responded with that information far within the allotted time given, yet you still denied the claim for not responding to your request. So Frustrating. Now over a month later I am still trying to get the claim reviewed. Not the best experience.

Consistently denies the same claim I submit every two months and requires following up with their terrible customer service multiple times.

One star is to generous for this company. They are knowingly committing insurance fraud. I have been waiting almost 2 months to be reimbursed for my claim, which took almost 6 weeks to processed. They admit they are under staffed but do nothing about it. They do not return the calls or emails within any realistic time frame. You are held hostage there, I was a many pets customer before my policy was either sold or transferred to Odie. When you try to shop other companies they tell you anything your pet has been treated for is a pre existing condition and will not be covered.

its bothersome every minute begging for a review

I have been battling with the company to be reimbursed for a groin tumor removed from my dog’s thigh. They denied it because they said it was the same as the anal skin tag diagnosed 2 years ago. I do not get return calls, I am passed from person to person and left on hold endlessly. I have provided a photo from the vet clearly showing the surgical site and stitches, along with the skin tag that is still there on a different part of the body. It is bad enough to have your dog diagnosed with cancer, but to fight for the proper reimbursement is so frustrating and upsetting.

Rebecca patiently took like 45 minutes to explain options that I can afford, now that I have four cats. Every person I talked to so far in this company sounded like they could be my neighbor, the experience is one I would recommend. Rebecca is a sweetheart!
