Failed to payout simple inexpensive claims.

Brutal bad. Pretty much what you are reading reviews to try to avoid. Delays, denials, dumb answers...

Worst company to deal with, it takes forever to get claims paid. The worst part is trying to cancel the insurance, I’ve gone on the portal and did it, I ve called them, emailed them but was still being charged until I cancelled my debit card. I still receive emails from them about making payment otherwise they will cancel the plan, this is the only way out of it, obviously there zero customer service or attentiveness.

Bobby was nice & knowledgeable. I signed up today & feel good about my choice of insurance policy.

I’ve been a member since 2022, and I’ve recommended this insurance to many friends and family members because it seemed like such a great option—especially after seeing a colleague in the veterinary field have a successful experience with her cat’s claim.

I have been with this company for almost 10 years. At first it was affordable but now my dog's health insurance costs more than my health insurance. The insurance doesn't help with the office visit cost or cost of diagnosing an issue, just treatment which sometimes is included in the office fee. I would like to take my dog to a specialist but between the cost for the office visit, the $250 issue deductible and the monthly premium I keep paying, I am not sure I can afford to continue this insurance.

I filed a claim on August 23, 2025-to date have heard NOTHING except more information was needed about 3 weeks after original claim submitted and after i had to make an inquiry as to status of claim. Information was sent and i have heard nothing so probably canceling

Worst company. Don’t even try to cancel the policy because they will never process it unless you cancel you credit card, debit card or ban k account. Otherwise you’ll be stuck paying for a policy where they’ll take their sweet time in paying out the claim or not pay at all.
