Have an issue with your insurance?
Let everyone know!
Insurance companies are constantly reviewing us. Are we too old? Do we live in the wrong place? Is our credit score high enough? Well, now it's time to turn the tables. Do you charge too much? Will you pay my claim quickly? Is your coverage worse than it seems? We can review you too.
Pet Insurance - My policy lapsed because my policy was…
My policy lapsed because my policy was not on autopay. In fact, you cannot put an annual plan on auto-pay like all your other bills. So make sure to manually pay every year so that you don’t end up getting stuck with a bill that you thought would be covered. So lame.
Dutch Pet Insurance - Misleading advertising
Misleading advertising. They charge you for the full subscription, making it seem like you will get services that you then have to pay more for. Terrible customer service. A scam.
Pet Insurance - no one ever got back to us
no one ever got back to us. Even though I am a corporate customer
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance - Gotten Too Expensive and Difficult to Cancel
I've been with Healthy Paws for almost 10 years. Rate for my dog has now almost quadrupled and it is proving to be very difficult to cancel. I've emailed, left messages and when I finally got through, I'm now on hold with another party. They should make it easy to cancel on the site and you can't, so for this reason they've lost my trust.
MetLife Pet Insurance - Overpriced

Trupanion - Denied Claim was frustrating experience
I found it frustrating you denied my claim and I had to go through the appeals process. On top of that, no one even contacted me to speak about the decline. If you're going to decline a $3000 treatment, you better talk to me to explain what's going on. I am reasonable satisfied by the appeals process but still feel you did not cover enough
MetLife Pet Insurance - rates doubled in one year
rates doubled in one year. had to cancel coverage on one dog to make it affordable
Embrace Pet Insurance - Not satisfied
I’ve been paying every month for a year, my dog has an accident, and I submitted everything to them, they denied the claim saying it wasn’t an accident when the veterinarians notes clearly said it was an accident for acute lameness. Long story short, after I placed a call to them, they are only paying out $41 and my bill was over 200. They said I would’ve got more if my dog was in the rewards program which nobody ever told me about and it would be more money that I would have to pay monthly. I canceled.
Embrace Pet Insurance - Don't bother unless your pet is a newborn!
Unless you begin to insure your pet from the time they are born, this insurance is useless. They consider everything you have taken your pet to vet for as a PRE-EXISTING CONDITION and do not cover. It's useless for a pet like ours that is 6yrs old. You also have no control or idea what the vet writes in the medical records and will consider that as PRE-EXISTING. Disappointed and if my claim for our last visit is not covered, I will likely cancel this insurance.
Odie Pet Insurance - DELAYED CLAIMS AND EXPENSIVE
We were transferred over to Odie from ManyPets in Jan. And ever since then, it has been a nightmare working with Odie. The price doubled what we were paying with ManyPets and it isn't even the same services. Every claim we submit is delayed by WEEKS and we can barely get ahold of anyone for updates. Emails responses take 7-15 days for them to reply, and good luck getting an answer on the phone or a callback. They say delays are due to high volume of claims being submitted but I have had 3 other insurances for my dogs and NEVER experienced this. We would cancel if our dog did not have preexisting conditions that ManyPets said would be covered under Odie. Take your business elsewhere.
