Disgusting customer service when trying to renew policy! They have increased my policy for 2 dogs 6 & 7 never claimed by over £800 a year and feel this is fair !

I would put zero star if I could. I submit a claim a year ago in august , and still did not get a check . did not get any value for my yearly insurance will cancel for next year
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance - Buyer beware with Healthy Paws, skyrocket rates in no time
I’ve been a loyal Healthy Paws customer since we brought our puppy home 10 years ago. In all that time, I never missed a payment and only submitted a single claim—for under $500. I expected premiums to increase gradually with age, and over the years they rose to $105/month. Reasonable enough—until this month.
Pet Insurance - Misleading discount on multiple pets, never got discount…
When I chose this through my medical insurance carrier ad, it said discount on more than one dog but I didn’t get any discount so I feel like that’s false advertising

Trupanion will insure you… until they find any excuse not to.
Trupanion - Expensive
Expensive. Got rid of app. Vet doesn't want to take the time to submit claims.
Lemonade - Huge waste of time
Had homeowners insurance for one year with them after purchasing a house. Once it came time for renewal (4 months prior to my coverage running out), I was asked to submit 30-40 pics of my entire house on the inside and out as well as answer an extensive list of questions related to my property. Okay, that’s fine. They took over a month to “review” everything. Then came a laundry list of the ridiculous items they were denying me renewal over, such as one singular 3ft tall vine on the side of my house that had since been removed. They claimed satellite images showed a tree over my roof. There is not. A neighboring property that sits abandoned has a tree but it does not overhang my roof. I submitted more documentation of this. Then it was that “brush” had not been maintained, which is also not on my property. The brush in question is seven feet away from my house on the abandoned property. No amount of documentation made a difference so it was a huge waste of time. It took three months to do all of this and they still denied me. I can’t speak for how they handle claims but this experience alone made me never recommend them.
Dutch Pet Insurance - They don't care.
They sent my pet's prescriptions to the wrong address in the wrong city. THEN I had to pay for the prescriptions AGAIN to be sent to the correct address and still don't have them more than a month later. Additionally, I have never been able to speak to a human about any of this, just the chat bot.
Embrace Pet Insurance - DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE
DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE! ITS A WASTE OF MONEY! If I could give 0 stars I would. We submitted a claim for my dog and they took OVER A MONTH to get back in contact with us, the only reason they did was because we continued to call with rarely having our phone calls even answered. After waiting this whole time they kept giving us the run around and then told us they wouldn’t be giving us any money that we spent at the vet and claimed with them. They wasted our time and money and took advantage of our business. We canceled immediately and I will be sure to let all of my friends and family know not to get this insurance!!
