I submitted a claim for my pups ER visit and I was asked to resubmit all of his records for the past year again!! 44 pages of info!! I was told by the first representative that they didn’t have his records which was to me very upsetting since I had to email everything when I opened the policy. I had to call back to get a representative that was very helpful and found his information. She was going yo get my claim looked at again right away.

They have helped me quite a bit getting medicine for my cat. The people are very nice. I somehow missed my phone call today I believe they got me the medicine I wanted. I may have to use their emergency fund I'm not sure what's wrong with my cat. But they did recommend a vet here in Gainesville so that's how I'm going to go to I hope I don't have to use it but if I do it would really save me some money

The premiums have increased, of course, but I'm starting to wonder if worth the cost. I also had to call and ask for 2 invoices to be reviewed, as were mistakenly not being paid due to incorrect deductible information.

We have had pet insurance from nationwide for over ten years. For my current dog, it has been 7 years. The company decided to stop offering the policy that my dog had for all these years. I am now expected to re-apply as if he were a brand new dog. Any conditions that he has now, like his allergies, are considered a pre-existing condition that will not be covered under the new policy. We also have to jump through hoops to provide nationwide with his prior physical documentation - over six months old, even though they have that information on record under his previous policy.
