24 Pet Protect - The Worst Pet insurance I have has coverage with!
I have had my pets on pet insurance for nearly 10 years. I have used 24Petwatch, Hartville, and a number of Canadian pet insurance companies. With 24PetWatch it has been seemless and every submission has had coverage. With 24Petprotect, I have submitted 18 claims with only 4 that have been covered. Each time they share its related to re-existing conditions.

Spot Pet Insurance - Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money. I got the highest amount of coverage possible supposed to get 90% reimbursement but on a bill for $150 I got $10. back and 2 out of 4 claims have been denied one for $364 saying not eligible for reimbursement. They will find a reason to deny your claim every time. so don't waste your money
Odie Pet Insurance - Mess from ManyPets rollover
Joined Odie from the ManyPets rollover. Was promised no interruption to coverage. I was sent an incorrect quote with different numbers and insured party names multiple times, and tried addressing it prior to automatic renewal -- support responded a few times and then stopped prior to renewal. I could not get in touch with them for weeks via e-mail, website chat bot, or phone. Went without pet insurance for over a month. Escalated issue with ManyPets to see if they could get in touch with Odie. Odie support responded that day after the issue was brought up by ManyPets. I gave my payment information and authorized account creation, and was told the quote/account name issues would be fixed that same day. Once they processed all of the back payment, they stopped responding. I cannot submit any reimbursement claims until they fix the name on my account...

Spot Pet Insurance - You pay monthly for your pet insurance…but
You pay monthly for your pet insurance with the expecations that when they fall ill, you have coverage. I did not realize that there was a max annual amount. I am a little upset and disappointed that one of my dogs will not have any reimbursement for his surgery in 2 wks. You also do not have the ablitlity to upgrade your insurance without a penalty. The penalty is... you dog has to be symptom free for 180 days. My dog cannot wait that long.
Fetch Pet - SAVE UP YOUR MONEY INSTEAD
I initially got pet insurance because I never had a lot of money saved away, and when we started it was only $30 per month. After about 6+ years with Fetch Pet Insurance, and the way they weren't able to own up to their own mistake after a quote on a big operation for my dog, I have come to the conclusion that the money I pay for Pet Insurance just isn't worth it. They missed out telling me important information multiple times, which is frustrating - I could have been using it on our yearly vet bills. The thing is, within 4 years, you could and likely will be paying $150+ per month per dog because your premium keeps going up. You're better off saving $200 a month for your dog's vet bills and their future, in my opinion.

Fetch Pet - A Scam That Ignores Customers and Avoids Paying Claims
I am absolutely outraged by the way Fetch Pet Insurance is handling my claim. I filed a formal appeal over a week ago, yet I have received no response, no acknowledgment, and zero effort to resolve the issue. I have emailed every available contact, including the claims department and customer support, and all of my messages are being completely ignored.
Dutch Pet Insurance - Focus Is Selling You Prescriptions To Share In Revenue
It seemed great when they quickly got me an appointment booked with a telehealth vet. Unfortunately the vet I was paired with did not address the primary concern of the visit, which was the scabbing and flaking of skin on my dog's back, even after multiple attempts to get answers for that. Instead they continued to push towards the idea of allergies, which was not the underlying issue. Subsequently they prescribed a useless medicine my dog does not need. In addition, for some topical cream I did purchase, I paid extra for the next-day delivery and the medicine did not arrive the next day. Customer support did not respond when asked if shipping could be refunded.
