Fetch Pet - Disappointed
I purchased Fetch at the shelter where I rescued a dog. Got an email saying that I needed to get a first time check up. Pup had some allergies and a burping up of food. By figuring what she was allergic to and a few more trips to the vet Fetch only covered $90 of $ 600. I called in and thankfully the rep was honest with me a told me that pretty much everything with her stomach and allergies would always be consistent pre existing. Only reason why a two star and not one is because of the honesty . I cancelled
Fetch Pet - PLEASE DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE
PLEASE DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE! I have paid thousands in premiums for a very healthy 10 year old dog. They have only approved and reimbursed me a TOTAL OF $120! They have denied everything, even claimed her allergy shots and dental cleanings as "pre-existing", even though I have had my coverage with them for over 5 years, and her allergies just started a year ago. I also had wellness coverage with a $100 dental benefit. They denied this because she had plaque on her teeth, so they categorized it as an illness and not wellness. Isn't this why they get dental cleanings? To clean the plaque off? Absolutely ridiculous. They lured me in because of their affiliation with The Dodo, but they take complete advantage of people. They are a shameful company. I am so disappointed I wasted so much money with them before coming to my senses. From one pet lover to another, please, please, do not make the same mistake I did and give this company your money. Your pet would be much better served elsewhere.
Dutch Pet Insurance - I would not use Dutch
BEWARE:….I would not use Dutch. They accepted my annual membership fee of 104.00. I schedule a telemedicine visit. I review the items recommenced. Dutch’s veterinarian’s recommendation email appears to not reflect my annual membership & wants me to upgrade my membership again. There is not a customer service number to call. All I wanted was antibiotics for an ear infection. The vet sales attempts me in his recommendations with $335.00 of unnecessary stuff. There’s no way to delete the unwanted items from the Vets recommendations. A customer can’t reach the customer service staff to discuss. It’s as if Dutch team is hiding from you after they receive your money. Maybe because Dutch is California they can over change. Spare yourself the frustration. Fetch Pet - I have 2 Labradors insured by Fetch…
I have 2 Labradors insured by Fetch since they were puppies. They were evaluated for hip & joint problems by vet per requested by Fetch to wave a 1 year waiting period on hip problems. They have had their checkups with the same vet practice & are in excellent health. The have increased my annual premiums by double over the last 3 years for my one dog who is now 8 & the other dog who is 6 I just got her renewal & they have almost doubled that. They offer a lower premium by suggesting you lower your annual payout & increase your deductible which amounts to $10 to $12 a month. I did this with the older of the 2 when he

Odie Pet Insurance - Terrible
Terrible, don't just stay away, run away. They are extremely slow to respond if they even respond at all. Questionable whether they honor their policies other than accepting your money. Absolutely the worst pet insurance I have had and in fact cannot recall any bad experience with any company as bad as my experience has been. I am asked to note date of experience in this submission, I noted the last date of my experience but my remarks cover over a year of having this policy.

Company is a SCAM!!!! You will never get reimbursement but they will take your policy payments. STAY AWAY!
Fetch Pet - Your medical records requirements are…
Your medical records requirements are excessive and time consuming. My claim has been delayed due to this. I submitted what I thought was adequate medical records, (invoices for the time specified) but when I filed a claim I was told that they would not suffice. I had Nationwide for the life spans of both dogs and NEVER had to go through anything like this. I am seriously considering looking for another insurance plan for my dogs.
Fetch Pet - They do not offer 90% per advertising
I have been with Fetch for 5 plus years. all was going well until i had to renew last year. They increased my plan from $450 /year to $850 /year. i was okay with that since i had used their services the year before. But this year they increased the deductible from $300 to $1000 and only 50% reimbursement for $450. per year. I asked to keep my old plan and that was not an option for me. They were not willing to customize the plan or bend on any request. I either accepted the new plan or term the insurance coverage which i did and was quoted with another vendor for the plan i requested. I am very upset with Fetch and would not recommend them to any one.
