Why is there no contact phone number or e-mail address? I would like to cancel my policy. One of the reasons is for not be able to comunicate.

Under no circumstances use this company. Stay with ASPCA or whomever you’re using. I just found out there is a 365 day wait on orthopedic problems. When I was on the phone with the sales person I was told of a 30 waiting period for all claims. I said, “So I should keep aspca for thirty days while I’m waiting for yours to kick in then, right?” Her response was, “That would be a good idea.” Nothing about just pray your dog doesn’t develop an orthopedic issue because we will pay nothing and you will be out anything you pay. We are 21 days shy of the 365.

How does this cover neutering is there a waiting. And how much will I have to pay in the end

This company socks they give you the best price at first but then they denied you of coverage wet is needed.....

I've been pretty happy that is until I filed my first claim last month and still haven't received the $70 I'm supposed to receive.

I have been paying my policy, promptly every month. So far I've made 2 claims, but they come up with an excuse, everytime not to pay. Lots of reviews here, but only for how easy signing up is, and yes, setting up is easy, but good luck getting them to pay a claim. This company sucks, so don't waste your time with them. You will end up paying more and getting nothing back. I didn't even want to give 1 star, but had no choice. I just wanted to get this review out there for others to see. Dont waste your time or money with this company. I have canceled my policy. Barbara

Terrible customer service. I could never log on to the account it kept saying username or password incorrect. I even tried resetting numerous times and it never would work. I also went to a computer and still had the same issues, and they treated me like I was stupid. So I cancelled. BEWARE!!!

Worst pet insurance ever..I've had bivvy for my dog for 3 years and they have not covered 1 penny!! Plus a 365 day wait period..if you care about the welfare of your fur baby..please sought out another provider

I was picked on by Alishia , one of their customer service representative , made fun of and talked down to, with groans and sights throughout the conversation. I guess she assumed since I have a thick accent, it is a good idea to raise her voice at me and treat me with disrespect. She ended the the conversation with " LISTEN, you are not getting paid, your claim was denied".....OMG.... since when does customer service representative talks to customers that way? My claim was denied because we had doctors visit for severe vomiting and dehydration. Supposedly that is a preexisting condition, since my pup had vomiting 2 more times in the last year. You make your own judgment people.
