I had a 100 deductible taken from my refunded money and an additional 50% was taken from my refund. The total for my bill was 223.00ish (don't have bill with me) l ended up with only 57.00
Bivvy - Uncertain about definition of pre existing conditions.
I remain a little uneasy re what might get thrown back as a pre-existing condition for a 15 year old cat. She has not had to been seen by a vet in over a year.

If I could give this company no stars I would. Customer service is horrible. I had to update my payment info and they do not explain to you that if you use a bank account it goes through a verifation process which is dumb. you wait for the pcorss to happen and they cancel your policies. When you try to talk with them they come up with all kinds of garbage and do nothing for you. I mean you would think that they would be willing to understand that their procedures are not clear and they should be and help you out. But no they dont. No customer loyalty at all. I had 6 different pets insured with them. And you would think they would appreciate my business but obviously not. they will just get the next sucker who comes along and they take their money. I would not recommend them for that reason. Go somewhere else where they appreciate their customers.

I have used this company for a while I never had submitted a claim. I unfortunately had to put my dog to sleep which was heartbreaking. Now they list that the reimbursement is 50%, after speaking to multiple representatives they never mentioned that first they take the deductible off then they apply the 50%. In all respects it's a ripoff you'll end up paying far more then the coverage actually covers. Why wouldn't a company provide a phone number on their we website, they give the impression that they are far better then others and they are not. There are several other options that provide a better reimbursement percentage scale. Horrible experience they also will delay in paying you the claim. Wouldn't recommend or suggest to anyone. Terrible service and even though I submitted a claim about putting my dog down they decided to send 2 emails a day to take advantage of coverage options for my puppy kiddo twice a day thank you for continually making me relive the experience, great job I will never use them again and plan to leave reviews on every site explaining how you treat your customers

It was easy to sign up but I feel like I still don’t understand how this works. Navigating was a little confusing. Hopefully things will get upgraded

Although I haven't been able to test the policy and make a claim thus far as I am still in the waiting period, I feel as though I just gave money to a simple about me page. The bivvy homepage is minimal at best but very much lacking in resources, information and aid. I am unable to change my payment schedule as I am with regular insurance, there's no resources or points of direction to aid me in finding proper helathcare for my pet, again, as you would with regular insurance and coverage topics are really vague. I'm hoping that this would be a great alternative to Care Credit as that is very hard to be approved for, but comes in handy in a crisis. I haven't yet been able to put it to the test yet, but I'm will tk give this the benefit of the doubt.

I'm not certain what you are looking for... so far I've done an app, I've paid, I'm waiting. I don't have anything except a bunch of emails from your company asking how you did. You've done nothing so I can't rate your ability to let me enroll.
