I have seen the prices you guys Have and it made me not go it is to pricey like 20$ to 40$ is good past that I would not go. Am not being mean but prices in Florida are cheap yours are to much.

I didn’t get my refund when they said I did

I have not received anything concerning my pet insurance. I do not know what to do if I have a claim. I do not have any proof my pet is insured or anything. All know is that the premium was withdrawn from my account.

I'm still a little confused. You guys took my money but, after all my info done, I received emails to finish registration.

Hi, thank you to give me the opportunity to say that I still having a lot cuestions about this, and there is not way to talk with someone, and my cat guapo need to be check in the vet and I'm not sure if this is going to work, at some point I feel in the air.🤷

We had no idea we had to wait a month before the insurance would process. We would of went with another insurance company.

I tried to use my bank card and it wouldn't take it. I wasted valuable time trying to find out why, Finally I used by bank account and it took that.

Not much to review yet. Just enrolled. Ask me again in about 6 months. So far so good…
