I tried to sign up a few different times on a few different browsers, but the site wouldn’t load. I contacted customer support and they said the issue was resolved and to try agin. I did and the site still took the whole day to work.

You guys don't explain the insurance about what they do for you or lapse of information that you're paying for..

They requested a review of the signup process once I registered. Signing up was incredibly easy, which may be why they have such high reviews. But what really matters to me is if Bivvy will provide as advertised. We'll see....

Filling out the forms and you click enter, it doesn't explain what is needed to be corrected. Nothing is highlighted to let you know what is incorrect.

I would have liked to speak to a rep. Before joining. Now I see you are reviewing me. Am I covered for not?

I have waited along time for pet insurance. Glad someone cares . My first puppy became very sick . Wipe my pockets out. With Bivvy I will see how the cost saves me and Cody.

I already have one dog protected and I wanted to add another it made me create a whole new account instead of adding a new pet.

1,600+ reviews based not on the quality of their service, but only on how quick it was to sign up ... IMO it's pointless to review a service-based company when all I've done is provide my name and credit card number. The proof will be when I file a claim - how quickly, easily, and hassle-free it was processed. People!! - don't review this company until you've received the service you've paid for. I will provide a review once I use the service, not simply b/c I've signed up for it.
