It took me four tries to finally get your pet insurance. Now that I have it I hope it works as well as I expect it to.

I just signed up so I am only giving it a 3. So far it has been easy, however we shall see how this plays out when I need to actually use it.

It was very easy to sign up for the insurance. However, now that I am signed up what happens next? How do I use insurance? Do I pay out then send in a receipt? How do I pay you monthly?

It took 5 tries. The enroll button was grey instead of red and there were no indications that my info was incorrect but I finally completed the enrollment.

I'm not happy that I have to wait 30 days before I could claim my pet bill

No one would take this and my dog died because noone would see her

So far have not received any communication or contract. Peculiar!!!!
