How does this work? Say I give my dog an appointment, do I pay full price of the appointment until I get reimbursed?

Tryed to sign up second pet it took my info but semt no recipt i want a second policy also i lost wich email i regestered so i need that sent also

We just sign up but my daughter didn’t realized it covers only up to 1000 per year and so I hope we can get out refund since we need a bigger coverage for our dogs

It is still trying to get my policy. Its been going around and around. So could you please send me my policy by email.

It was easy til the very end. Then I wasn't sure if it went through or not. Obviously it did. This was my 2nd time trying so that was why I was concerned.
