My screen froze waiting for my insurance info.

I had to try to many times to enroll, it would not except my card, but it worked today, after months of trying, thank you

The very first claim we sent in was denied because according to them it was qualified as an illness when to me it is an injury and we weren't out of our waiting period yet for illnesses. I disagree with their review and I see no point in continuing with them if their policies make no sense to me. What's the point of having pet insurance if they won't help you when you need them to.

Less than impressed and very disappointed. My dog swallowed some pieces of one of those "tuff" chew toys and required surgery. I signed up with bivvy 3 weeks ago and they decided that him swallowing a toy was an "illness" therefore will not cover it because I am a week shy of the 30 days waiting period. Under their own definitions page "ingestion of a foreign body" is considered an accident

the screen froze after my payment was collected.

I just got it for my new buddy in the house. I hope i only use it for maintence of regular check ups.

I still don't know if I'm signed up or not.

It was so many problems with me trying to get started.
