Dutch Pet Insurance - I was up at 4 o'clock this morning
I was up at 4 o'clock this morning. For this 4:50 appointment I tried to connect tried to connect. I tried until 5:30 AM. And it would not connect and then I just lost my mother. I got my sister. That's overtaken the estate and we had to take her to court. I'm on limited funds. I'm on disability and my mother left money for me to take care of things which I have not been able to access and not only did I not get connected to you, you're charging me a $25 fee for something that I tried for 45 minutes to do. Dude, I would not recommend this service to nobody because you can look. I had the reboot. The appointment for 2:50 because 450 did not work. And I'm trying there's no way to connect you. There's no humans that talk to. I'm just really disappointed. In this service and if this is what you're gonna do, build customers when they try to connect and assume thing was not working. I am not responsible for that. If that's what you wanna do, charge me. 25 bucks for when I tried for 45 minutes. Then you can cancel my service and give me my money back. Because I don't need the added stress. I've got a sick animal. I've rebooked it with you because you did not connect right this morning. That is not my fault. You have no customer service. This is ridiculous.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Got a random $250 charge after a year since I purchased ONE item from them. Customer service is terrible and won't get you anywhere. My dog who the product was for to try and save him just passed away and now I have this charge. Way to kick me when I am down.

They sent my pet's prescriptions to the wrong address in the wrong city. THEN I had to pay for the prescriptions AGAIN to be sent to the correct address and still don't have them more than a month later. Additionally, I have never been able to speak to a human about any of this, just the chat bot.

Update: they did give me a refund and canceled my membership before no show fees for the nighttime appointment were added. I will update if I never see that refund. If I could have gotten ahold of someone immediately besides the vet saying they’d see us at 11:20 at night or I’d get a no show I probably would rate higher. You should be able to talk to someone immediately with an issue like scheduling! 11:20pm Vet appointments are not normal!!! This is a very easy miss for anyone! Thankfully we kept our local one just incase.

Terrible company. The vet was average. I signed up because they said they had weekend appointments and then couldn’t get an appointment until Wednesday. I could’ve gotten an appointment with my regular vet by that time. My dog had an eye infection and the online vet just prescribed something

I paid for the services because my dog has anxiety and all they could do was offer me one medication and tell me he needs a behavioralist, I would have gotten more out of my money taking him to an actual veterinarian.

This is an absolutely horrid company !!! Stay AWAY! They cannot write prescriptions, they will tell you that you have to make an appointment with a vet in their network, within your area, good luck finding a in-network vet in your area for your needs. My cat has a wound, the vets in my area were for orthopedic and animal eye care ONLY! Defeated the entire purpose of paying them any money at all!!! Also, it’s going to very difficult to cancel your subscription. Be prepared!
