They never did a home inspection and then dropped me for fire risk based entirely on the zoning. No amount of mitigation would help. They are big faceless company who employees nice people who in turn have no flexibility to navigate.

Put in a claim (the first one ever in over 6 years) and haven’t received a response of follow up. The adjusters are not doing their jobs or they’re intentionally ignoring claims.

Gimmick is to sucker you in with "High Service options at low prices", only to continually raise your bill $40-$50 a month with ZERO explanations (NO claims have been made AT ALL) and then when asked why, you receive a rudely worded email blaming the "economy"

Went to the Lemonade Insurance website to get a quote for renter's insurance and put in my name, address and details and was directed directed to "reopen" my account by adding my email address. I received an email with a verification code that sent me back to the website where I input my personal information and received a policy offer for $16.75 per month for a 12 month term for renter's insurance. I agreed to these standard terms and submitted my credit card online as payment to start this policy. I immediately received an email from the Lemonade Insurance "Finance Team" stating that I had a previously unpaid balance of $50.63 which they would be charging to my card in addition to the basic policy agreement of $16.75. I replied that I did not authorize any additional payments to Lemonade nor did I owe any money for a previous policy. I am disputing this irresponsible billing practice with my credit card company and filed complaints for what I believe to be deceptive business practices with the FTC, the CFPB, and the BBB.

Lemonade cannot provide basic renter's insurance on demand in CA. I contacted them today with a change of address for a move in date on 07/18 and they cannot provide coverage until 07/24. Having been a customer for 6 years, I completely disgusted with Lemonade and will be cancelling my auto coverage as well.

Worse insurance I’ve ever dealt with I try to make a claim for water damage to my property and they just fob you off

First claims they approve with no issue once you have had them for a while they deny deny deny, terrible to get in contact with. I am so mad I paid all this money and they cover nothing. Do healthy paws or aspca insurance honestly so much better wish I got them.
