I wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve used this company for over 6 months and I was told by one of their vet to take my dog to the emergency clinic. Therefore, I went and missed work. I paid this clinic using the money I had for my rent. Only to wait almost a month for the response to come back declined. GUYS DO NOT EVEN TRY to APPEAL. They will not listen and will try to make you think it’s your fault for not taking your dog in sooner.

Total rip off. They dont intend to ever reimburse anyone for anything. Stay away from these scammers!

Scam. Reported to New York Attorney General's Office. They failed to cover medical expenses. I paid an additional $14 a month for Emegency insurance.

They jumped through hoops to find every reason to not approve our claim. The app does not work properly when they ask for more paperwork. This is how they get you. And then tell you your time " ran out" what a waste!!!

Complete scammy app and company. Got a year free through T-Mobile then they charged $100 renewal with no refund or cancellation option. I've never seen a company refuse to cancel and refund the day your renewal is happening. Obvious bait scam to hope you forget this service and keep sucking money out.

After the one year trial membership, I canceled the membership in the Pawp app. They still charged me $99 for another year. I contacted Pawp on the day I saw the credit card charge. They refused to give me a refund. This company is a scam. Do not sign up and warn others. The Free Trial membership ended on Oct 17, 2023. I was charged $99 to my credit card on Oct 17, 2023. I tried contacting them on Oct 17, 2023, but they did not respond until Oct 18, 2023. They refused to cancel my membership and credit my card $99.

After using the service in November of 2022 I realized it was not worth the cost and promptly canceled my subscription. Fast forward to this month October 2023 I received a $99 charge on my credit card. I went back online and realized it still showed my membership active which I canceled again and reached out to customer service who informed me I would have to provide proof of cancellation. Mind you they do not send emails of confirmation so I had no way to show proof. I tried to work with them on it but after realizing the customer service department wasn't there to help customers I have decided to file fraud on my credit card and let them know I would provide reviews to prevent this from happening to others. Make sure you take a screenshot when you canceled the service otherwise you'll end up fighting.

Downloaded the app a year ago as a trial and never once used it then was charged $99 yesterday for renewal when I didnt even use the app and customer service refuses to refund me. They just copy pasted the same reply over and over and then stopped replying. Just checked and i am locked out of some services i was forced to pay for since my auto renewal is off. Scam app

Horrible customer service -- membership was auto renewed and immediately on the day of the charge showing up, I decided to chat with Pawp. I got agent Matt who states they're unable to refund whatsoever. Now i'm stuck with a service for $100 until October 2024 that I will never use. Have never heard of this from any other company.

I tried out this company a year ago for our pup and it was a mediocre experience. I felt like it was all about money and never about pet health so i turn off auto-renew and move on. A year goes by and they renew for $99! I asked for a refund due to never using the company but they refused with no resolution
