Pawp - Like the others that have reviewed…
Like the others that have reviewed recently, Got the free T-Mobile trial, time ended and charged me $100 and say they are "not able" to refund. BS You refuse to refund. Call it like it is. Don't BS your customers.
Pawp - A total waste of money !
A total waste of money !! Didn't help me at all on the first initial trial and still had to pay lots of money for a vet, Please don't waste your money here!! And I cancelled my membership only to be charged anyway and not offered a refund!! So basically I paid for NOTHING!!
Pawp - I don’t even want to put one star but…
I don’t even want to put one star but have to in order to write about my experience. I have never used this service and will ensure to tell everyone I know doesn’t either. They hide behind emails and what must be bots in order to avoid problems with their lack of customer service. This started as a free opportunity with T mobile which turned into a charge of 99.00 the following year they said they sent an email I never got it and reached out the day the charge was made on my account…then had to have three email that were useless. Pawp should be thawt cause they take money for nothing...Even in there reply here they have no resolution in mind just an opportunity to take take take congrats PAWPS you are officially a scam in my book
Pawp - Scammers
Scammers. I’m convinced the only way they generate income is by slyly renewing people’s annual subscription from a free trial for $99/year WITH NO WARNING. And ‘no refunds with no exceptions’. The service itself is useless you’re much better off paying around the same or slightly more for your actual in person vet. Worst service ever. They lie and say they send you a warning prior to renewal but the last email I can find in my inbox from them is from MAY meanwhile it just renewed without notice in OCTOBER. Makes 0 sense. I have utilized the service 1-2 times during my free trial and was basically advised to go to my vet anyway! Waste of time and money! You sign up for a free trial thinking why not try it for free and forget about it due to its uselessness until a year later when you’re faced with a annual subscription charge with no warning. Now I have to find a way to dispute this charge with my bank as I cannot afford to be paying $100 for a service that I DONT EVEN USE AND IS COMPLETELY USELESS AS A WHOLE. Don’t even consider a free trial, let alone buying from them.
Pawp - Pawp Experience
I am yet another person who found this company due to the T-mobile promotion who did not use their service and wasn’t aware I was signed up for the $99 renewal.
Pawp - I paid $99 for a year subscription
I paid $99 for a year subscription. I tried using it a few times and was not happy with the service at all. I called within days to cancel and they would not refund the subscription. They truly do not stand behind their product. Not an honest company. Please do not make the same mistake that as I did.
Pawp - Complete scam
Complete scam. Had a one year free membership through T-Mobile Tuesday which adds itself to your apple subscriptions which i canceled within a week of starting it last year. And i find a charge on my account yesterday fro 99$. As a disabled gentleman who already has an insurance for my working dog. I can not afford this as i am on a limited income and they claim i had to cancel on the app. So their scam is if you cancel on apple subscriptions, which is all you need to do, and somehow don’t know that despite deleting the app, you have to find a way to cancel within the app, they will charge you anyway
Pawp - Terrible company
Terrible company, did a trail with T-mobile and everytime I tried to use the service they recommended I reach out to a local vet because they can't give prescriptions in my state (CA). So no point in having the service.
Pawp - SCAM!!!
SCAM!!! Like many reviews I have read, I signed up for a free trial through T-Mobile Tuesday. The app did not allow me to stop auto-renewal. I also didn't see a reminder. After I found out my credit card was charged $99 dollars for a membership fee, I immediately contacted Pawp through their app. I had to wait for two hours to get a response. Then I could explain why happens via slow chat. There is also no way to call them. I have never used any service since I signed up. They just didn't want to refund my money. If the customer is not satisfied with the service, there is no way to even have a partial refund. How could I trust a company like this for medical advice? I also don't think it is easy to claim emergency funds. Please NEVER subscribe for the membership. You will be very disappointed. As a loyal T-Mobile customer, I am also very disappointed with the phone company. THEY SHOULD NOT WORK WITH PAWP.
Pawp - SCAM SCAM!!! Do not sign up!
Wow i guess i’m not the only one who got scammed by this company. I signed up through T-mobile promo as well. Never once use it. Forgot abt it. Then I got charged for a year membership. Tried to get a refund but someone named Benjamin said per their terms they cannot refund me. Are you kidding me?! Any other company would be more than willing to refund their customer even if they cancel it after the promo period. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!! I will be giving bad reviews through any websites/review site I can find
