Pawp - Predatory service
This company’s whole business model relies on people forgetting to cancel their membership fee. They offer free trials everywhere but drag their feet sending password renewals so that they can eventually charge their auto renewal which they say is non refundable regardless of how quickly you cancel.

Pawp - Bad Faith Company
I signed up for Pawp through a T-Mobile offer using my phone number, which included automatic renewal at the end of the trial period. Unfortunately, I completely forgot about the recurring charges until I noticed them on my bank statement. When I contacted Pawp support to request a refund, they stated, 'Per our Terms of Service, we're unable to provide a refund for membership fees under any circumstances.' They also claimed they had sent a renewal reminder email to my registered address and verified its delivery. However, since I signed up using my phone number, I never received any renewal reminder email in my inbox.

Pawp - Pawp Denies, Delays, and Defends to hurt you
Pawp uses the classic Deny, Delay, and Defend tactic. They do not provide clear instructions or definitions for what they want in a claim so that when you do submit a claim with all the documentation you have (invoices, medical records from the vet, etc) Pawp can just deny your claim arbitrarily and say "oh we didn't get ALL the medical records."

Pawp markets itself as an online veterinary clinic which it is un equivocally NOT.
Pawp - BAD FAITH INSURANCE WITH HIGH DENIAL RATES
We paid an entire year for our pets insurances paying the extra $20/mo for emergency services. On the last month our pet had an ER visit for an injury to his vertebrae. $800 and an entire month later we were denied because the documents weren't submitted with 14 days of the visit. We sent the documents a week after, and pawp did not review them for OVER a month. It's not on us to be at fault for the documents not being reviewed. They also claim a slipped disc is not an emergency when our pet was dragging his back paws. Bad faith insurance company with low approval rate for reimbursements. We had just renewed for another year before we got the denial and are looking for a new insurance. Spot pet insurance comes back as the top insurance and is more affordable. Everywhere I read reviews says to ignore pawp at all costs. Sad that the cost might be your pets life because they deny your claims.
Pawp - Disreputable company
Disreputable company. Predatory business model. Stay away and spread the word to avoid this company. We should pay for services rendered. Not payment upfront for zero services. Don’t call support because they can not help you. These are the same pyramid schemes that was portrayed in the movie beekeeper. Their job is to scam their way to take your money.
