Pet Insurance - Not loyal to their customers.
I’ve been a Nationwide pet insurance customer since 2014. Over the years, I’ve only needed the insurance for routine wellness visits and exams — nothing major. I set up autopay early on so that payments would be consistent and on time, and I never missed a payment.
Lemonade - Laura Cheiffo
Laura Cheiffo, Underwriting Team Lead, does not reply to emails after requesting information for insurance renewal. Lemonade requires you to use their app in order to take pictures for policy renewals except that their app does not work. You are then asked to submit a request to their application support email which is unmonitored. They also require you to either put yourself in harms way to take photos of your roof or pay a 3rd party inspector.
Trupanion - Worse service as dog ages
As my dog has gotten older with more issues I've had to fight for his coverage more and more
Lemonade - Horrific company
Horrific company. If you get in an accident with someone covered my Lemonade good luck. I’m well past a month dealing with a rear end collision because Lemonade takes days a time to answer any emails about updates. They also haven’t updated my rental car coverage in over a week. Terrible company.

We were clients for many years. We started our policy back in 2009. At that time we had 5 dogs on the policy.
Lemonade - MAJOR RATE INCREASES
I've been a Lemonade home insurance customer for several years, but I was appalled when my recent renewal quote showed a massive 70% increase in my annual premium. While I understand modest yearly adjustments, a jump this steep feels completely unreasonable.

Your company is a disaster and you have no intention of treating your long time customers well. Good riddance. We’ve already found a better insurance company.
Fetch Pet - I’m beyond disappointed with Fetch
I’m beyond disappointed with Fetch. Despite paying over $1,000 in premiums, I haven’t received a single reimbursement for my cat’s recent medical visits, all of which are clearly eligible under their policy. I've submitted multiple claims through their app and website, provided every required document, and followed up numerous times. Not once have I received a response.
