Have an issue with your insurance?
Let everyone know!
Insurance companies are constantly reviewing us. Are we too old? Do we live in the wrong place? Is our credit score high enough? Well, now it's time to turn the tables. Do you charge too much? Will you pay my claim quickly? Is your coverage worse than it seems? We can review you too.
Figo Pet Insurance - You won’t be sorry using Figo pet insurance.
Figo pet insurance is great. I submitted a claim on Wednesday April 24th and a few days later the claim was closed and the reimbursement was in my account. I would recommend Figo pet insurance to anyone looking for pet insurance. You will not be disappointed.
Paw Protect - Claims were paid, but issues with communication and overall value
I want to provide this feedback because I actually did get my claims paid by Paw Protect/Embrace, but still have issues with how this company is being run.

Figo Pet Insurance - My dog had an emergency room visit…
My dog had an emergency room visit because part of a wooden deck got impaled in her paw and it was quickly infected. The ER sent paperwork, my vet for her follow-up sent paperwork. I got copies of the paperwork and submitted them myself and I was told they couldn't reimburse because we didn't send the paperwork.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance - Nothing but canned responses
In addressing the recent interaction with Healthy Paws, I am compelled to express my profound disappointment in their handling of customer concerns. The company’s response, both via email and over the phone, appeared to be a standardized, boilerplate reply, clearly crafted to align with HR guidelines rather than address the specifics of customer grievances. The email I received bore the subject “Action Needed,” yet, paradoxically, led to the unilateral cancellation of my policy without any required action on my part.
ManyPets - Never got a reply.

ManyPets - Unclear verbiage.
I'm used to typical insurance policies. I just filed a claim for my dog for $616.85. In the insurance world, my $500 deductible would leave a balance of $116.85, and then 80% of that would be covered (or in this case be reimbursed). That's NOT how ManyPets works. They took my $616.85 and said that only $493.48 was covered, as that's 80% of the total, and I still have $6.52 left to pay toward my deductible.
