I had PAWP insurance for nearly three years before I recently had to take my dog for an emergency veterinarian visit in which my dog was diagnosed with diabetes.

So Disappointed in this company.

Our dog, Willie, recently needed to receive a very expensive procedure involving the removal of multiple masses and subsequent pathology analysis. It would have cost thousands of dollars without his insurance. Healthy Paws reimbursed us for the expense quickly with o questions asked. This prevented us from having to make some very difficult decisions about Willie's health. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for pet insurance.

The worst support I have ever experienced. The length it took to process a claim is unbelievable. No one seemed informed enough to tell me when reimbursement would be processed. I am not happy and have canceled the policy.

It’s great insurance when or if a service is covered for your pet. Be ready for a fight for payment.

You overpromise and under deliver. By design. For profit. Your customers' pet's well-being is not your highest priority. Maximizing your profits is. It is your entire busines model, in fact. Everything else is marketing and PR. Our pets are very important to us. You guys are soul-less business & law school predators. Sleep well.

Very fast on how quick I got my claim money

I would give them a zero star rating. I paid thousands of dollars and when it came to submit for a claim they indicate it’s pre existing conditions or the deductible of $500 has to. E met each year. Well if you think about it you never get them to pay especially if your pet see a vet once a year for routine check up and due to the yearly deductible they never pay you back.

Easy to use, options in coverages, fair price.

Tried everything they could to deny my claim stating preexisting conditions when my dog had never had a hot spot or ear infection ever.
