I cancelled my dog’s policy in June as we moved to a state that is not covered by Many Pets. I received written communication of the cancellation in June. I STILL continued to be charged every month since, despite multiple correspondences and requests to remove my information permanently from their system. They also stated they would refund me for an aberrant charge last month but still have not. It should not take five months to cancel someone’s account. I have reported this company to the BBB.

This company is a scam. They will find ways to designate everything a "preexisting condition." I paid them thousands, and they reimbursed nothing. Doubled my vet bills. THEIR REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE. Ridiculously expensive for nothing back.

Pawp is such a scam! They claim they send renewal emails which were never received and proceeded to charge a card that had been deactivated. They are now refusing to refund the money they fraudulently stole from me.

I also got scammed through T-Mobile. These are predatory business practices. I have not used their service when it was free and I do not intend to use it going forward. I have requested a refund and they refuse. I have reported it to the BBB.

Extremely poor customer service - they hide behind the auto renewal policy and good luck getting your money back even though you have not used their service. For your mental peace please look for a better service elsewhere

An existing policy holder trying to sort out my renewal and cannot get through to the team on the phone (number 27 in queue) or by email (tried 5x times now). Really disheartening as I haven’t had too bad of an experience until now.

I filed 2 claims and have never received a ck to compensate me for the vet visits.

After paying $50.00 a month for 6 months I submitted my claim for $632.55. I have a $500 deductible and 80% claim. Instead of taking the $500 off first leaving a return of $132.00 they took off the 80% and which left $506. then they take off the the $500 which leaves me $6.04 for a $632 bill instead of $132
